Elite Line was formed and announced in 2019-2020. In order of their Elite Line Acceptance and Contracts.

This is present and not future plans.

Elite Lines – 21+ of Hetal Nagaraj

Elite Lines – 21+ Only.

As of May 2026, Ms Hetal has 10 Elite Lines in various countries including USA.

Ms Hetal wanted to go all passive in 2021 itself as she had exclusively achieved by 2015-2019 itself thus, G2 was planned accordingly.

Elite Line at first, was a noisy tantrum request to Ms Hetal to do more and be with company, and as independent as well.

Idea was instilled to exist by Digvijay Singh because of his massive corporate experience and basic knowhow of local compliance in 2017-2018.

It was for his soon to graduate son. Around the time, his son graduated as a business major with MNC corporate job. This entry in corporate worlds made him understand complexities of work life and basic compliance.

Upon graduation from Ms Hetal in 2019-2020, he just needed artistic direction and other leadership guidance of Ms Hetal.

This idea sparked in all of Ms. Hetal’s 21+ adult students Graduates and Elites and own kids too loved the idea.

This created Elite Lines and thus 1 to 7 were lined up in 2019-2020-2021 itself.

8, 9,10 graduated and became Elites and Elite Lines back to back from 2020-2026.

2022-2024 work was nearly at paused levels because of massive multiple fraud to company and to Ms Hetal.

All 10 are Exclusive graduates, Elites of Ms Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.

Company stands on 60+ official brand list and soon operative.

Current Elite Lines are 30 years and Up, although most fresh graduates in MNC Corporate life may be eligibile for it.

Current Eligibility as per those in this program, is minimal. –

  1. Country status –
    • citizenship,
    • Any other visa status that does not restrict any type of work or permissible payment modes.
  2. Must be in full 360 corporate life to understand complexities of compliance or work life unless trained under Ms Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.
  3. Must follow contract and waivers.
  4. Must report weekly on all activities.
  5. Must be a full Graduate or an Elite of Hetal Joshi Nagaraj
  6. Must represent company or Ms Hetal exactly in manner of verbiage provided on every specific activities of approved tasks.
  7. Must be aware of basic compliance, transparency of every work and recordings.
  8. Must get full approval of all tasks assigned
  9. Remuneration subject to contract and waivers-through assigned portal id.
  10. All work post production must be regularly submitted in master file.
  11. Highest grossers who brought $$$$ and lot of success to business

By all means fight with Ms Hetal :).

Good tantrums are always welcome. But give before you ask, just as Ms Hetal does 🙂.

General Eligibility – For anything!

Official Brand List – so that you can click on each brand for eligibility, while some are on website!

  • Since we are knowledge based product and services we cannot afford to have lurkers or people without background.
  • Hiring Eligibility – Legal residents/Citizens or a legal resident only because of consistency, sensitivity of projects, insurance and $$$ stake/time effort, visa issues or other availability work hours restrictions by visa.
  • Team Dancers – inhouse students only and those with straight background, traceability, transparency with institute/teachers name or school name/if it was in mainstream school or credit based leaarning at your college/university.
  • Must sign a contract and waivers for all releases to company’s rights and perform “certain min number” of performances/participation in company costumes depending on assignment or speciality. company workshops or auditions are held with specifics. 
  • FULL TIMERS ONLY – 40 hr dance work required. 
    Requirements are listed on these posts. | International applicants must comply to these requirements. 
    For All – 2 submissions required – 1. background/training/dance/performance/teaching videos 2. live audition/in person.
    • Contract & Waivers are absolutely required to be signed prior and throughout the training or as and when challenges occur or certain compliance is required.
  • All Candidates Must Come For Auditions/Practical Interview.
  • Preferences will be given to candidates who exhibit qualities such as team work, go-getter, takes every opportunity to get the job done, follows company policies, takes initiatives, should be able to drive and shows interest and creativity.
    • People or family members or any affiliates of people that are fired for criminal mischap, pls do not apply for “anything” in future.
  • We ask all our choreographers to perform as required to keep up with their knowledge and speciality. Lot of fun perks such as our elite line of costume for choreographers, entry fees-free for choreographers, solo opportunities, free and discounted trainings, competitions for choreographers, choreography credits, free tickets, in some cases transportation from main center and many more. 
  • Former individuals who have not paid their dues – The only way to be eligible for this company or to work with hetalnagaraj is to pay your previous dues for the damages that are caused to business directly or indirectly by supporting those who have harmed. Hetal reserves right to refuse until the previous dues are cleared for the safety of company’s integrity, value and Elites all the hard work that has made this company this beautiful under hetal nagaraj. There is a reason why nobody signs up for any work under company name for any Artist Management Programs and everything is under hetalnagaraj. Hetal made this company from scratch because hetal was/is that successful, herself in classes and in sessions. Businesses runs on MONEY and it runs on reputation as well by people who speak about the business. These activities are independent to yearly academic on-going classes(other than regular classes) that we offer in our locations and are strictly by invoices/MOU/contracts with specified schedules/timing as per instructor/venue/client’s availability.

Crew stats will be posted in coming weeks from Nov 19th, 2023. Some independent projects(are posted) and those were also assigned with full specs/leadership/technique list and entire supervision/with approval of clients from Hetal. Students too were Hetal’s own students! Thus,

2014-2015 : The project of uploading all the company developments/activities specifically of Hetal Joshi M, Hetal Nagaraj (being an owner, highest contributor due to availability, and the only full timer to the company) and the company’s uploads on social medias were initiated in 2014-2015 by Ms. Jinal Shah(not to mistake with Jigar Shah) and Ms. Jaimini Vyas/Raval, Dubai/India. (Not to mistake with Mr. Jaimin Patel-USA) to highlight the extra ordinary achievements which were exceptional in 2014 itself.

This blog was also an effort for performing arts research students that initiated the need for the first blog post for a research publication (required one public post from the submission coordinator – Hetal Joshi M/Hetal Nagaraj). Since then, it is also used for highlighting the accomplishments/achievements of the company and the activities under Ms. Hetal’s leadership as well.

However, the need for pictures/activity count/activity upload was triggered initially due to regular requests and requirement for transparency/visibility with full specifications by publicly declared award org such as news/publishing houses/mainstream media.

  • Dances are so much fun even within the dance form that students love it until they achieve epitome or mastery over it. After that, they continue with their further journey.
  • Dances are so creative that they love to not only perform but they love to get into internships because of the way they are lead to simple steps of success. Why burn out – when you don’t have to!
  • Dance have so much to offer for techniques, variety and beautiful environment that they learn, grow and achieve by their simple once a week or twice or thrice a week participation.
  • Results, Results & Results !!!! Yep – That is why. Even once a week class has results here and so does our recreational classes.
  • Growth in performing arts that they can control and still be at the peak. To beat these graduates, others will burn out to be there!

Lot of fun concepts are added to appeal newer generations. But what has concept to do with fundamentals or rules of performing arts ?
  • Fun : Fun factor is the most important factor. It is fun when it stress free. Grace And Grooves is one stop shop for all your performing art needs. Kids grow here from age 4 to teenagers and now offer classes exactly the way they were offered – generations continue and in that FUN is always pre-dominantly practiced!
