As a dance production company, we do lot of gimmicks on looks, hair colors, hair sizes too(wigs) and makeup tactics that makes the individual look entirely different. While some prefer not to do full makeup or change of hair as those are flexible.
This is reason why despite big names of production houses, some producers who commercially call Ms. Hetal and her groups often have smaller commitments with dates instead of whole season. Some are seeding so these keep leveling up in different areas and at the pace of availability and thus payouts vary by the project.
These are not like non stop every other day projects that you would expect Elites to be some movie stars :). yeah, if they were available in that routine “leaving” their education then they can be movie stars.

Just an example of an artist or a dancer who may be available every other day with basic payouts of 150-200$ would just get them average of 3750$ per month. This is just the 1st level and this is their earnings. Not Ms. Hetal’s.

No Money is ever small. 1 cent will make the 99cents you have as 1$. Price of icloud basic plan is 0.99 cents – 8,000 photos averaging 3 MB each = 24 GB and 1 hour of 4K video (~20 GB). Total – 44 GB, leaving about 6 GB free. One can launch a business with this 44GB of just plain data!
Value of money.
The settys would often be available on several instances because of their schedules and schooling for these gigs, other than Ms. Hetal’s own kids thus, could be investors of G2 as a money investors.
Participation in the company program as a student to learn skills and to build your portfolio is not considered as investment :). After certain level such as Elite Lines, it becomes one as that’s when you bring money or clients to business!
Company arranges for everything is based on company’s operations :). Ms. Hetal Joshi Nagaraj takes the load of upfront costs and all the permissible operations so that her students can sail through it.
Something just as you would to university or a placement agency, university imparts you trainings and skills and one has to pay to university and all the extra infra that you have to abide by.
