2nd Huge round of Graduates and Elites, at 5 locations in DFW, Texas, USA. Eg – All student Elites of younger age groups, and 21+.
This includes Ms Hetal’s own kids, nephews and niece(s).
2021-2022. Massive multiple frauds to multiple brands and to Ms Hetal resulted to stalled online systems, digital intranet networks and several loss of projects.

As of May 2026, Ms Hetal has 10 Elite Lines in various countries including USA.
Ms Hetal wanted to go all passive in 2021 itself as she had exclusively achieved by 2015-2019 itself thus, G2 was planned accordingly.
Elite Line at first, was a noisy tantrum request to Ms Hetal to do more and be with company, and as independent as well.
Idea was instilled to exist by Digvijay Singh because of his massive corporate experience and basic knowhow of local compliance in 2017-2018.
It was for his soon to graduate son. Around the time, his son graduated as a business major with MNC corporate job. This entry in corporate worlds made him understand complexities of work life and basic compliance.
Upon graduation from Ms Hetal in 2019-2020, he just needed artistic direction and other leadership guidance of Ms Hetal.
This idea sparked in all of Ms. Hetal’s 21+ adult students Graduates and Elites and own kids too loved the idea.
This created Elite Lines and thus 1 to 7 were lined up in 2019-2020-2021 itself.
8, 9,10 graduated and became Elites and Elite Lines back to back from 2020-2026.
2022-2024 work was nearly at paused levels because of massive multiple fraud to company and to Ms Hetal.
All 10 are Exclusive graduates, Elites of Ms Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.
Current Elite Lines are 30 years and Up, although most fresh graduates in MNC Corporate life may be eligibile for it.
Current Eligibility as per those in this program, is minimal. –
Country status –
citizenship,
Any other visa status that does not restrict any type of work or permissible payment modes.
Must be in full 360 corporate life to understand complexities of compliance or work life unless trained under Ms Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.
Must follow contract and waivers.
Must report weekly on all activities.
Must be a full Graduate or an Elite of Hetal Joshi Nagaraj
Must represent company or Ms Hetal exactly in manner of verbiage provided on every specific activities of approved tasks.
Must be aware of basic compliance, transparency of every work and recordings.
Must get full approval of all tasks assigned
Remuneration subject to contract and waivers-through assigned portal id.
All work post production must be regularly submitted in master file.

Ms Hetal loves stubborn, rebellious, natural geniuses, hyper, mature, playful, mini gordans, karens, attitude, audacity, john doe(s), and notorious people too. As a trainer, she welcomes whatever crazy brain drives you to be.
But, it is a skill to entertain such positive stubbornness.

***This student performs in “in-house shows/production only”. Several of my students never perform in culture shows or anywhere other than just my in-house shows/productions.
Aayan took classes from 2018-2022 : Aayan is once/twice a week & all summer/holiday programs student. Always there and eager to attend the class. Without a single miss of class and attended all makeup classes. All in-house shows/programs/productions/2020 online gigs/local qualifying program-online submissions/submissions from 2018 under Hetal Nagaraj Dance. To mention, most or all our classes maintain all holidays.
Aayan started at the age of 4.5 years as absolute beginner level and graduated at Pre.Elite level with an accelerated program qualifier for Elites. Aayan dances on his own now with his own choreography.

An Elite Dallas-based event management company, founded by a freelancer(Ms. Hetal’s NIFT friend) in the 2015–2016 academic year, with Hetal Nagaraj holding a 25% partnership, specializing exclusively in performing arts events.
Dhamaal Events had its very first set of events with Grace Creations of Grace And Grooves LLC with their grand launch of C.R.Y – America – DFW events and several other educational school events/programs under Ms. Hetal Nagaraj. Facebook page will remain active as Facebook does not merge any of the business pages due to difference in services.
Entire Grace And Grooves content and every word as well as database and subscription was moved to London based company to save it from hackers or any intruders by November 2020. All the other subscirptions were renewed by dates of their initial signup/setup dates.
ALL the other social media remains intact as links are spread out in such a huge scale that it is impossible to merge them.
We choose not to display the names of her previous partners as they are NOT in USA (moved to Paris, France) but they all visit Ms. Hetal whenever they visit DFW-Texas/USA. They are LIKE her familyNOW. (NOT family).
