People who have claimed to work with us but never worked with us or never provided us any services!

We believe in keeping our entire activities transparent because, why not !

  • Awaiting pending dues – Pratap Singh (Pratap Singh Nritya Dance Academy, Richardson, Frisco, Texas) – This incident is recorded here. This individual has been reported for harassment to authorities with proof and traceability.
    • Pratap singh is relative of saumya bhardwaj kaur (saumya was fired due to code of conduct, theft, criminal white collar crime, forging company documents without permission, creating criminal issues in the company, child negligence of her own daughter in the shoot(which she only proposed to frame ms. hetal). And this explains everything. (as per one of the emails/chat conversations as well as google group chat that ms. hetal found this chat history in backup files in Nov 15th 2023 repeatedly. It has been these people’s goals to do that.
    • There has been striking coincidence with this individual and experiences with company at grace and grooves and ms. hetal joshi / hetal nagaraj herself. Anytime somebody denies of anything related to this individual, this guy doesn’t take it well causing harm to women/girls in particular as well as young boys by targetting them in social medias.
    • With all due regards, an invoice of damage is send to this individual.
    • A proposal of acquisition was also send by ms. hetal, if she can save the company as ms. Hetal knows the original owner of the company and Ms. Hetal was the first one to welcome her dance activities in DFW.
    • The time has passed by and we no-longer want this acquisition as some other striking coincidences have surfaced upon further investigation.
    • Saumya is cousin of Pratap/Nritya Dance Academy, Richardon, Frisco, Texas (Pratap Singh), (Owner of Nritya Dance Academy – Pallavi Patel) reported for cybercrime, explaining everything in 2017 after repeated alerts not to do so.
    • This dance academy’s worthlessness known for wasting time and money of individuals around them. They assume that they had some “soumya” who probably defrauded them was working with Ms. Hetal of Grace and Grooves based on their uneducated opinions of failed life, while Ms. Hetal never had any “soumya”.
    • From their reviews to everything is fakely presented through seo companies. They target businesses by spreading rumors and secretly placing people to cause harm. They are uneducated individuals and should not be allowed in educated society or in community.
    • Company warns about these uneducated failed life individuals who not only track businesses through their IP addresses but also ruins the businesses by targeting their clicks. Saumya is very much part of their filth.
    • Saumya is cousin of Pratap and this was shared via email, text by Saumya herself to staff and Ms. Hetal and she was warned not to engage in any relations or activities with this uneducated individual. These are submitted to police.
    • According to this individual – pratap singh : some guy name himansh or himesh works for Ms. hetal.
    • According to this individual/pratap singh – an uneducated failed life : Ms. Hetal works for Arya International. We later learned that he had some beef with Arya International.
    • According to this individual/pratap sign : everybody who doesn’t like him works for Ms. hetal or hetal works for everybody except for him!

      • Ms. Hetal is throughout indepedent on her own from day 1 because of artist management companies and directly launched by her own teachers. Till date, Ms. Hetal works within her own network!
      • 2022 Himansh/Himesh :
        • We are awaiting the fees for the services these people(nritya/pratap) intend to take from us such as searching a certain individual “himesh/himansh” which was a new development in 2022.
        • That individual/himesh/himansh had also targetted grace and grooves/hetal nagaraj’s businesses/services as well. We do not know the intention behind this and we did the needful such as informing however there is no response from this company or this individual(nritya/pratap) about the remuneration of their impulse inexperienced immature behavior.
        • However, we were able to successfully remove our reviews because of Ms. hetal’s security background. We still do not know where this individual is and his intentions behind this act because while searching for him, pratap messed it because of impulsive attitude and that made it difficult to find him.
        • This individual himesh/himansh has his accounts and several dance lesson history from several dance schools as a matter of fact mostly in West Frisco/Frisco and Plano.
        • In order to take services from Ms. Hetal, you will be required to pay to Ms. Hetal. Hetal is not obligated to do anything for you, after all this and saumya’s shit-NEVER. Details of this were provided and now the window is closed forever. Do it yourself just like the way we do it. This is reported as well.
        • Pratap was informed about this individuals’ account that was accidently left open in our main – front desktop company and pratap has never reverted on this to confirm if he send him or if this guy is somebody else.
        • As matter of fact, Ms. hetal had asked about this individual himesh/himansh to several people and they all reverted to Ms. hetal that they do not have this individuals’ any details or has never been their customer. And if pratap would seek IT services to further hack his account which is normal these days, he is welcome to pay to Ms. Hetal. Ms. Hetal has removed security code from his account which means any normal individual with basic knowledge in IT can do this. These social media platforms face these problems alot and can be done easily. He is more than welcome to pay for it if he is willing to cooperate.
        • Saumya was send by pratap to work under Ms. hetal to deliberately ruin everything. Why would somebody make such a mess after all that compliance and system IT training that is provided to all the staff, be it volunteer(that commit to certain specific standard hours for leadership roles) or be it internship. Saumya has talked about Pratap in several emails which also got caught and repeatedly was asked by Ms. Marchawn and couple of other staff members as well to keep it off our work as Nritya and pratap were reported to police for harassment.
        • If as a business, you cannot reciprocate about anybody to gain clarity or cannot have a decent conversation and keep blocking as soon as your talks are done, then it means you have deliberately send these people. Why would any business incharge person would act like in such a ill-mannered way with bad language and makes it hard to converse. If it was not your person, you should have talked to Ms. hetal well.
        • Himesh/himansh if you are reading this, Ms. Hetal wants you to contact at 972 979 2559.
        • Ms. hetal and our company were called several times for not only pratap (by his friends who have liked his business pages and have also shared several of their posts which shows on their timeline) but for david garcia as well. To all whoever called, we had clarified very nicely that they can do whatever they want about these people as they do not work for us and Ms. hetal will NEVER encourage these type of activities. Pratap was the only one who mistreated Ms.hetal disrespectfully and refused to reply to any of the questions or queries until all got caught on paper so obviously he has nothing to say. We do not know who else was send by this individual.
        • It is infact a coincidence that these issues with this company have emerged from 2015 precisely the time these people entered the DFW !!!

Assumed to be but not —- Christine Raghunath is not Hetal Joshi Nagaraj or/and have not worked with/for anything with/for eachother. Christine Raghunath is not Neeraja either. We do not have any Christine Raghunath.

  • People’s assumptions about Christine Raghunath working with Ms. Hetal or viz a versa needs clarification.
  • Ms. Hetal has not worked for anybody in this field of performing arts and Christine Raghunath was never employed or did anything with Ms. Hetal.
  • Christine Raghunath works with other institute and has nothing to do with Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.
  • Just because somebody commutes to one city for any activity (Arlington or North Irving-not south Irving) —- does not make them work together.
  • Ms. Hetal Joshi Nagaraj’s routes of — Arlington, Keller, South Irving, and Southlake has been all along from the time she moved to DFW in 2005 – in Haltom City, Fortworth. Ms. Hetal’s move near South Irving later allowed her to extend to North Dallas areas as well. Later, her residence near South Irving(Not North Irving) was near North Lake College, Irving thus extended towards Arlington UT cap programs and youth groups. It also extended towards UTD groups and various SMU groups. Ms. Hetal has all along associated with youth groups and several other college level activities.
  • Ms. Hetal never hired anybody name Christine ever. Ms. Hetal did not feel the need to hire as she was into various workshop programs-private package groups, progressive workshops as she was in family planning phase.
  • Ms. Hetal did not have company back then and wanted to wait until she gets done with whole family planning phase. Ms. Hetal’s college kids were mostly coming to Ms. Hetal for competition preps, college supplement programs, various progressive training programs – which later became Texas All Star Program.
  • Fun Facts – Ms. Hetal’s 1st nanny while her kids were just born — was a child doctor student :). Student world is this closely related. Training, Development and Research Programs.
  • We hope this confusion is clear.

We do not have any of these individuals for anything —

This name list will continue so that other dance instructors do not claim of anything on this company for anything.

  • Sasha, Tarika Parikh, Khushi Parikh, Priyanka Parikh, Coco – Indian Bengoli (Rhea Chakraborty), Aashi Kaur. These individuals can take on their own parents.
  • Priyanka we have is Ms Hetal’s friends’ daughter or the ones in supplement-school programs.
  • Ms. Hetal does not have anybody in family as Vandita Joshi. She could be some other person and no, vandita parikh of nrityashakti dance academy is not joshi, at all.
    • Vandita Joshi is some treasurer in Ek Vidyalaya and has nothing to do with Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.
  • hetalretail.com – Not Ms. Hetal or any of company. Some app user called for a complaint – The website – Hetal Retail, a U.S.-based retail analytics startup. The company (legally Hetal Retail Inc.) was formed in 2023 in Delaware.
    • The founder / CEO is David Roger. Operating company: Hetal Retail Inc. Founder / controlling person: David Roger.
  • David Garcia has never worked, or is not in any affiliation on any of the brands for anything on hetaln.com or grace and grooves corp. Thank you for those who called to verify the information.
  • Below individuals applied for some performance but then company productions were full or was during company’s dark era days of accumulated loss. – Deepika Pillai or Deepika from Arya International.

We also acknowledge and appreciate those members of the community who took the initiative to inform us. Company will however submit supporting documents by the end of the month to close the matter. Nonetheless, Ms. Hetal does not take any responsibility for these type of people who claims to work for Ms. Hetal or Grace And Grooves for “anything” or are send by anybody to deliberately do these activities.
