VARIOUS Eligibility to Apply FOR ANY BRAND UNDER GRACE AND GROOVES BY HETAL NAGARAJ

Requirement for Texas All Star Talents – For external students of other teachers or amateur artist :

It is required to complete certain hours in our office hours of time or instruction or performing arts activities for Texas All Star Talents programs, min 40 hours per week of commitment.

*****Since we are knowledge based product and services we cannot afford to have lurkers or people without background.

*****Hiring Eligibility – Legal residents/Citizens only because of consistency, sensitivity of projects, insurance and $$$ stake/time effort, visa issues or other availability work hours restrictions by visa.

*****Team Dancers – inhouse students only and those with straight background, traceability, transparency with institute/teachers name or school name/if it was in mainstream school or credit based leaarning at your college/university.

*****Must sign a contract and waivers for all releases to company’s rights and perform “certain min number” of performances/participation in company costumes depending on assignment or speciality. company workshops or auditions are held with specifics. 

*****Company Announcements on facebook : 

  • About joint ventures – we are not open to joint ventures because of criminal fraud until further notice.
  • Instructional/sponsored programs/half times or events – Only open for 2 bollywood companies (International-NJ based & houston based) as Ms. Hetal’s own strength is min 70 students per production by genre and by category with a striking success of each program/genre/category/student’s success/Elites/Pre.Elites’ success.

FULL TIMERS ONLY – 40 hr dance work required.

For All – 2 submissions required – 1. background/training/dance/performance/teaching videos 2. live audition/in person.
*****Contract & Waivers are absolutely required to be signed prior and throughout the training or as and when challenges occur or certain compliance is req.

We Are NOT Hiring Choreographers at this moment ( In Various Specialities of Dance Forms/Styles & Movements ).
All Candidates Must Come For Auditions/Practical Interview.

Preferences will be given to candidates who exhibit qualities such as team work, go-getter, takes every opportunity to get the job done, follows company policies, takes initiatives, should be able to drive and shows interest and creativity.
People or family members or any affiliates of people that are fired for criminal mischap, pls do not apply for “anything” in future.

We ask all our choreographers to perform as required to keep up with their knowledge and speciality. Lot of fun perks such as our elite line of costume for choreographers, entry fees-free for choreographers, solo opportunities, free and discounted trainings, competitions for choreographers, choreography credits, free tickets, in some cases transportation from main center and many more. 

Who SHOULD NEVER Apply :

  • People that have caused any harm to reputation to the business, or ms.hetalnagaraj or any Elites during their engagement for any activity with the company or their relatives.
  • are reported to authorities for any mischap.
  • have supported those who have harmed our activities or for various practices or have misrepresented company without permission are NOT allowed to apply.
  • those who have over think the situation of any type and lied about everything.

The only way to be eligible for this company or to work with hetalnagaraj is to pay your previous dues for the damages that are caused to business directly or indirectly by supporting those who have harmed.

Hetal reserves right to refuse until the previous dues are cleared for the safety of company’s integrity, value and Elites all the hard work that has made this company this beautiful under hetal nagaraj.

There is a reason why nobody signs up for any work under company name for any Artist Management Programs and everything is under hetalnagaraj. Hetal made this company from scratch because hetal was/is that successful.

Businesses runs on MONEY and it runs on reputation as well by people who speak about the business. When you speak about anything related to ms. hetalnagaraj or anybody under hetalnagaraj or the company or the Elite, thats when you are either harming it or supporting it.
